Stay Calm and Confident at the Dentist
visit to the dentist surely not an easy thing, especially for us who have the teething problems, the following tips to keep us confident when going to the dentist
Eat light meal
Eat a light meal that includes lean proteins an hour or two before your visit. Eating proteins will help to regulate your blood sugar. Drops in blood sugar can cause you to feel queasy, which is compounded by anxiety. Avoid caffeine and sugary foods, which can contribute to nervousness.
